Daniel’s DKI frequently works with property owners and insurance carriers. However:

• We are not public adjusters
• We do not interpret policy coverage
• We do not guarantee insurance payment for any services performed

Insurance coverage decisions are made solely by the insurance carrier according to the terms of the policy. The property owner remains financially responsible for all authorized work regardless of insurance outcomes.

Emergency mitigation services may be performed immediately to prevent further damage. By requesting emergency service, you acknowledge that:

• Work may begin before full scope or pricing is finalized
• Industry-standard procedures (IICRC, OSHA, EPA guidelines) will be followed
• You authorize necessary steps to protect the property from additional damage

Daniel’s DKI performs mold remediation and related services in accordance with California regulations and industry standards. However:

• Testing and clearance may require independent third-party environmental professionals
• Hidden conditions may exist that are not visible at the time of inspection
• Additional work may be required if conditions change during the project

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, photos, and layout, is the property of Daniel’s DKI and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Daniel’s DKI is not liable for any damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use this website
• Reliance on website content
